Many of the glass colors/types available on our site require specific handling in the flame and/or kiln in order to achieve desired results. Please read the information available in the "More Info" section for each color before working with your glass in order to achieve desired results. This will minimize the need for glass returned due to unexpected results during use.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of the purchase date for a prompt refund. For inventory purposes, we do not do exchanges. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds will not be made for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date. The original shipping charges are not refundable.

 

*Returns and Refunds will not be accepted or issued on items marked as "Scrap" (including rod shorts) or on items purchased from the **Closeouts** category.
