Once you have placed your order, you can trust that it will be processed quickly and carefully packaged for save delivery. All orders are shipping within one (1) standard business day (Monday thru Friday). You will receive a shipping notice at the email address you provided to us. The shipping notice will contain a link to the USPS website, and your tracking number(s). Any questions regarding late delivery or lost packages must be directed to the US Postal Service.

 

We do not normally insure packages. We have been packaging glass for shipping and sending our products to nearly every location on Earth for almost 20 years. However, if you have an expensive package or items that you simply cannot risk losing, we recommend that you contact us via email so that we can arrange shipping insurance for your items.

 

We highly recommend insuring any package sent outside of the continental United States.

 

Shipping charges are actual rates issued by the US Postal Service, based on the estimated weight of your package. We do not "upcharge" the shipping costs or add handling fees.

If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us immediately. We will then place a claim with the US Postal Service and get your purchase price refunded to you as soon as possible.
